Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. We offer standard and expedited shipping options depending on your location. Delivery times may vary, with domestic orders generally arriving within three to seven business days, while international shipments may take between seven and fifteen business days, depending on customs clearance and local courier services. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as courier issues, customs procedures, or unforeseen circumstances. If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with relevant details and supporting evidence, such as photos. We will review the issue and work towards a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
